I'm white, have had meat loaf often, oatmeal and pea soup (not cold) too, last two once called porridge, yes?
Hmmm. Still is called that in UK

I agree, nourishing and reduces cholesterol.
Sometimes I put oatmeal into the meatloaf.
Ketchup is another feature when served, better than gravy.
But I eat many other items including watermelon, ham with orange sauce, strawberry-rhubarb pie, tacos, enchiladas, tamales, Chinese food of all kinds, Indian curries, moussaka and more.

Lots of orange juice, tea and lemons too.
Lemongrass fish, lemon and parsley clam sauce over linguine
Best cooking ever seen was in Northern Italy.
But bears are from much further west and a bit north. You've heard about bears and salmon too.
Don't forget your veggies -- mean greens, spinach leaves for BLT, nice tomatoes
