I've been craving sandwich ....any good ones out there like is there such thing like vegan ham or turkey products...

You can buy fake meats in the grocery store frozen food section, like Morningstar farms, Quorn or Bocca...sometimes they use eggs I think though..read the labels. Here are some links to recipes..

One of my staff is a vegetarian but remembers loving meatloaf! Since her last day at work is coming up on the 28th, I wanted to try to make something that would satisfy her craving while sticking with the vegetarian diet she prefers. Help!

Go to the Morningstar Farms website (www.morningstarfarms.com). They have a recipe for "meatless loaf" using their meatless crumbles. It's really good if you follow the recipe exactly. I've tried adding things and it doesn't come out as firm - but then again, I always had a hard time with "real" meatloaf too. LOL Don't forget to add ketchup on top during the last few minutes of baking... makes it taste much more like meatloaf than if you leave it plain. :)

LOL Don't forget to add ketchup on top during the last few minutes of baking... makes it taste much more like meatloaf than if you leave it plain. :)
