Really good Vegetarian recipes?

I've been a Veggiebite ever since May of 2008. And since then, I've always eaten the side veggies that my parents cooked. They're EXTREMELY huge meat eaters. Every day, their supper consists of either, Hamburgers, Meatloaf, Porkchops, Steak, etc etc. And They would always fix something on the side like Corn, or other times, French fries. Anddd.. I'd really like to try something different.

Soo... Is there any really delicious Vegetarian recipes that are filling, healthy, and doesn't cost a lot of money?

I still eat sea food, btw.

Since you also say you still eat seafood check out my other recipes once you get there since some of them are for seafood as well.
